Long Table Dinner

Visit the farm this summer and indulge in a Six Course Long Table Dinner, paired with our lovely fruit wines. 

Seating starts at 6pm with pre-dinner cocktails will be available. The first course is served at 7pm. 

2024 Menu:

1^st Course 

House made focaccia bread served with saskatoon balsamic and olive oil.

Paired with Sodbuster – Rhubarb Wine

2^nd Course

Arugula salad with goat chevre, blistered cherry tomatoes and berry vinaigrette

Paired with Farmboy -Saskatoon Wine

3^rd Course

Duck Breast Crostini. Grilled duck breast on a multigrain crostini with black currant onion jam, manchego and micro greens

Paired with Contraband - Chokecherry wine

4^th Course 

Palate cleanser. Raspberry mint sorbetto

5^th Course 

Osso Buco braised in a tomato and apple wine sauce. Served with a yam puree, hasselback potato and seasonal vegetables.

Paired with Fearless - Apple wine

6^th Course

Vanilla gelato in a brandy snap with black currant coulis.
